Tustin

Tustin is centrally located in Orange County, California, and is surrounded by diverse and abundant job opportunities. With such a fantastic economic location, an award-winning school district, year-round weather that never seems to be too hot or too cold, and quick access to snow-covered mountains and palm-lined beaches, Tustin attracts home buyers looking for big city convenience with a small town atmosphere.

Local historians refer to Tustin as "The City of Trees", a moniker that goes back to the area's early "discovery" by Spanish explorers who so named the region for the abundant, massive white sycamore trees that dotted the landscape. Today, some of the original Sycamores remain and Tustin is a large city that lives like a small town. With its quaint historic downtown and low density residential zoning, Tustin is a place where you can be close to everything, but not feel like you are in the thick of the urban jungle. Don't be surprised if you run into your neighbors or other people you know when you're out shopping in town. Large lot sizes and low property taxes are the perfect combination that attract lots of families and make Tustin the perfect place to raise their kids.

Tustin has a unique blend of both old and new and is centrally located in Orange County near the 55 and 5 freeways with quick access to the beach, hiking trails, shopping, jobs, and entertainment. The area also enjoys nearly perfect weather as it is just beyond the grasp of the cold coastal fog yet still within reach of the cooling effects of the refreshing ocean breeze. It's common for Tustin to be a perfect 78 degrees while the beach is cold and foggy and it's hot and windy just a few miles further inland.
